Eligibility

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the date of your order. This applies to first-time purchases of a subscription plan.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and use the email address you used at checkout, or contact us via the WhatsApp link on our home page and we will help you arrange it.

Processing time

Once approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few business days to display the refund.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
